All items displayed in our store are made to order and are not held as ready stock. Production by our jeweler begins only after your order and payment have been confirmed.

Each order is therefore considered an individual made-to-order request, and production begins promptly upon confirmation.

Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
